This Privacy Policy explains how QuiYuan Guo (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use AI Face Swap: Video & Photo (the “App”).
We are committed to protecting your privacy and being transparent about how data is handled in our App. Please read this Privacy Policy carefully before using the App.
When you use AI-powered features such as image face swap or video face swap, the App may process:
We do not store your selected source photos or videos on our own servers. Your source content remains on your device unless it is transmitted to a designated third-party AI processor at your request in order to generate the requested result.
When you use face swap or other AI features involving facial analysis, the App may process face-related information contained in your selected photos or videos in order to perform the requested effect.
We do not retain face data on our own servers. We also do not separately upload facial landmark data, biometric templates, face embeddings, or other standalone facial feature data to our servers or to third-party AI providers. For image features, the App uploads only the image selected by you, including an image you may crop locally on your device before upload. For video features, the App uploads only the original video selected by you for processing. Because those files may contain human faces, they may still include face data.
Any temporary face detection, positioning, alignment, or similar processing performed locally on your device is used only as needed to provide the requested feature and is not retained by us after processing is complete.
We use face data solely to provide the specific feature requested by you, such as image face swap or video face swap. We do not use face data for advertising, marketing, profiling, or unrelated analytics purposes.
The App may generate output images or videos based on the content you select. Generated results are stored locally on your device unless you choose to save, export, or delete them.
We use third-party tools such as Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, and Firebase Remote Config. These services may process information such as app usage events, crash information, diagnostic information, app instance identifiers, and configuration-related identifiers to help us understand app performance, fix issues, and manage app settings and feature behavior.
We use third-party advertising and attribution partners, including AdMob, Adjust, Meta/Facebook, and TikTok, to support advertising, campaign attribution, measurement, fraud prevention, and related analytics. Depending on your permissions, these partners may process identifiers, app events, subscription or purchase-related events, and limited device or usage data for attribution, ad measurement, or ad delivery purposes.
The App offers in-app purchases through Apple’s in-app purchase system. We do not collect or store your payment card number. We may receive limited transaction-related information such as subscription status, transaction identifiers, or event status necessary to validate purchases, provide access to paid features, and measure subscription-related events.
We do not request or collect your precise location, contacts, SMS content, Wi-Fi name, application list, or similar data for the operation of the App’s core features.

When you choose to use an AI feature, your selected image, including an image you may crop locally on your device before upload, or your selected original video may be transmitted directly from the App to third-party AI service providers that process the content in order to perform the functionality you explicitly requested.
We do not separately transmit facial landmark files, biometric templates, face embeddings, or other standalone facial feature data to these third-party AI providers. However, because the uploaded image or original video may contain a face, such content may include face data.

Before personal data is shared with a third-party AI service for processing, the App will provide a clear notice describing what data is shared, with whom it is shared, and for what purpose, and will request your permission where required. If you do not agree, the App will not send your content for AI processing.

These providers may collect or receive data from the App in accordance with their own privacy policies and the permissions granted by you, including through Apple App Tracking Transparency framework where applicable.
The App may request permission through Apple App Tracking Transparency (“ATT”) framework. If you allow tracking, certain advertising and attribution partners may use permitted identifiers and app event data to attribute installs, measure campaigns, support advertising, and prevent fraud.
If you do not allow tracking, the use of tracking-related identifiers will be limited in accordance with Apple’s policies and platform permissions.
We do not store your selected source photos, source videos, or face data on our own servers for AI processing. Your local source files and generated files remain on your device unless you delete them.
Any temporary local face detection, positioning, alignment, or similar face-related processing data used by the App is used only to perform the requested feature and is not retained by us after processing is complete.
Because AI processing is performed by third-party providers, certain submitted images, including images cropped locally on your device before upload, original videos, generated outputs, or data contained within those files (including face data that may appear in the uploaded content) may be temporarily retained by those providers according to their published policies and technical processes.

If you withdraw consent for a permission, decline the AI processing notice, or later stop using the relevant feature, certain features may no longer function properly.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
The App is not directed to children under the age required by applicable law to provide valid consent. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children in violation of applicable law. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can address the issue.
Because some of our service providers operate internationally, data processed through the App may be handled in countries outside your country or region of residence, subject to applicable law and the safeguards used by the relevant provider.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and, where required, provide additional notice within the App or by other appropriate means.
